Blanding Stake Trek---In Colorado---June 2 & 3, 2022

On June 3, 2022 we got to visit and participate in Blanding Stake Youth Conference.

It was being held on the land in Colorado where I spent my summers as a kid 

and where the Ivinses have their cattle ranch.  

It was fun for us to visit this Youth Conference and see some of our cute grandkids.

Maxon's Baseball Game- June 1, 2022

 

It's always fun to watch our grandkids play the different sports they participate in.  We got to watch Maxon and his amazing team, The Naturals, play baseball.  So much fun!!!!

Celebrating Livvy's and Logan's birthdays-May 26th, 2022

                                            in Monticello.  It was a little late, Livvy's birthday is Feb. 23rd

                                            and Logan's is March 24th.  But, we had a fun, late birthday activity!!

On May 7, 2022 by her Father, Clay Ellsworth.  Such a special day!!

Hayzlie is Lexi's and Clay's daughter.

                                And then on June 11th, 2022 we took Mason fishing (his chosen birthday

                                    activity with grandpa and grandma).  

 

Youth Conference, April 2022

We have been helping out with the youth conferences that are

held near Bluff in conjunction with Bluff Fort and the amazing story

that is told there of the pioneers who traveled there in 1879-1880.  

They were called by the prophet, John Taylor, to find new

land that the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints 

could settle and establish new communities where the ever-growing numbers

of people could live in.  This activity was designed to simulate the need

they had to spread out and find the best route to their destination.  The

pioneers we are talking about traveled in wagons but we use handcarts. 

 

A day with Mason--April 28, 2022 (his birthday)

It was Mason's 10th birthday and his mom was not available to take

him to lunch so Grandpa and I got to spend his lunch break

 with him at the Patio.  We love that cute boy!!!
