Goats, Goats and more Goats

Delilah (Camryn's goat) was "great with child".  We had waited and watched and were anticipating the arrival of the baby (or babies).  Finally, our waiting paid off.  We found that not one, but two babies had arrived and they are the cutest things ever.

They were wet and the weather was cold and snowing and so, of course, they needed to be taken inside and the blow dryer was used to dry them off.

These cute babies have had many visitors and have been held and loved.

Addi's Baptism

On February 2nd our sweet granddaughter Addi was baptized and confirmed by her dad and became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

                   One of her best friends and cousin, Livvy traveled with us to attend the baptism.

One of the songs that Addi chose for her baptism was "When I Am Baptized".  The words to the song explain why baptism is so important and special.
"I like to look for rainbows when ever there is rain, And ponder on the beauty of an earth made clean again.  I want my life to be as clean as earth right after rain.  I want to be the best I can and live with God again.
I know when I am baptized my wrongs are washed away.  And I can be forgiven and improve myself each day.  I want my life to be as clean as earth right after rain.  I want to be the best I can and live with God again".
