We found another reason to have a party! Since we were in Payson on Dec. 30th to take Aunt Maureen to her Dr. appointment and since half of our family did not come to Blanding for Christmas this year....that's a good enough reason to have a party. We ate (of course) and then everyone opened their "draw name" gifts. Mostly we just enjoyed being together as a family. Everyone was there but Jeremy Redd!
Aunt Maureen had surgery to straighten out her ankle and foot on Dec. 31st (what a way to celebrate New Year's Eve!) and then we came home that night. At least she got a bright purple cast!!!
