With the family at Zion National Park

It is time to catch up on this neglected blog again.  A whole summer of fun has passed by without being documented.  Here is the first.  At the end of June we went to Zion National Park with the whole family.  This trip was our Christmas present to them this year.  We had another memorable trip!!!

We had rented a cabin for us al to stay in.  

 We rode a bus into the park and so we could go explore some of the beautiful areas of Zion National Park.

We hiked up one of the trails in the park.

We were told to watch out for the squirrels, as they sometimes would attack you if you got too close to them.  This little guy was only interested in attacking this back pack!

     On Saturday, the younger kids attended Kid's camp all day where there were many activities.

                                                   They bungie jumped.....

                                                                     And rode horses.

                                                        And climbed a climbing wall.

Logan closed his eyes and took some deep breathes and "faced his fears" on the zip line.  He was pretty proud of himself!

And then it was back to the cabin to hang out for awhile.

 It was Aleyah's birthday on Sunday.  She had a birthday cake and presents Saturday night after dinner.

                                     
                                                         We even got to watch a rodeo!!

                   It was another fun weekend with the Lyman clan.
