4th of July 2014

Have I ever mentioned that the 4th of July celebration in Blanding is amazing?  The town is bursting at the seams with people, (everyone comes "home" for the 4th) and the day is full of fun activities. 

We start off the day with the 5K run!! It's a ten year long tradition for Jed and I. 

And, of course we love it that so many of our family gathers for the celebration.

After a long day of watching the parade and attending the carnival and games, it is time for the concert and fireworks at the park.

                          A beautiful sunset helped to set the mood for the fireworks this year!

Another Blanding 4th of July celebration is history.  The memories will last forever!
