March 2016

One day I went out to take care of the animals and discovered a gazillion (or at least there were 8 or 10) baby rabbits crawling around in the rabbit pen.  There were a couple of them that had fallen through the wire and were on the ground.  It was freezing cold and two of them had died :(  I quickly gathered the remaining live ones up and took them in the house (of course this had to be done to keep them from freezing).  We set up the smaller rabbit cage in the utility room and that is where Snowball and her babies lived for a few weeks.  They were so fun to watch and they grew quickly.

Those tiny, little rabbits grew and grew until
they looked like real rabbits and were ready to give away.

We had a fun time as we were able to tour Monument Valley with the Bluff Fort Missionaries.  It was a perfect day and we saw some amazing sights.  We had a few new missionary couples that had come to serve at Bluff Fort and it was fun to get to know them.

As the end of March approached, it was almost Easter time.  We got together at our house and colored Easter eggs.

We have a tradition of going to Recapture pockets for our Easter picnic and this year we decided to go the night before and camp.

We had a lot of fun camping there but in the morning it
       started to snow.
We were cowards and headed home to have our picnic and
       Easter egg hunt.

When spring comes, it is time to get the 4-H animals.
Yes, grandpa is holding a pig.
And, here is the rest of the brood.

Logan celebrated his 10th birthday.
