How many 13-year-old girls get to celebrate their birthday in Nicaragua? Camryn did!!!
She opened a few presents first thing and then enjoyed this card from her friends at home!!
Camryn wanted to go on the zip line for her birthday.
We arrived at the Canopy Tour office and all got geared up for the adventure!!!
We loaded up into this truck to be taken to the top of the zip line. It was kind of scary!!
But, when we got there, it was beautiful!!!

They said that Logan was too small to go alone and so he always went with one of the workers. He, and we, were sure glad about that. He was not scared at all and loved it. They took good care of him.
Camryn was also very excited and had fun. She was so brave. As I watched the kids, I had to be brave and just kept telling myself, "I can do this".
Carter was totally a pro. He had no qualms about jumping off of the platforms and going down these zip lines!!
That's me coming down the line. You will just have to take my word for it.
And, of course, nothing intimidates Kristi or Jeremy. They are those specks you can see out there in those trees.
We even saw monkeys all along the way. We also heard them making a lot of monkey sounds out there in the trees!
After we all arrived safely at the end of the zip lines (there were 17 in all), we went into town and went out to lunch at this restaurant on the beach for Camryn's birthday!! So much fun to celebrate Camryn's 13th birthday in Nicaragua. Love you Cam!!!!
