Camryn returns from her mission--April 28, 2020

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world,
there many precautions that were taken.
The temples were temporarily closed, Sacrament meetings were
temporarily put on hold, businesses were temporarily closed, etc.
Another safety precaution that was taken was
that many of the missionaries, throughout the world returned home
if it was determined there might be a health risk for them to stay on their missions.
For many of these missionaries this meant they had their mission shortened,
some were only a few weeks early, some were months early.
One of those missionaries affected by the pandemic was our sweet
granddaughter, Camryn.  She ended up coming home 6 months
earlier than planned.  She had served faithfully for 12 months and had had a
great experience.  It was disappointing, to her, that she couldn't finish her 18 months
but also exciting to see welcome her home sooner than we had anticipated.
We love her and are proud of her.  Well done thou good and faithful servant!!

Our granddaughter, Camryn, the cutest missionary in Kansas!!

Here are a lot of pictures of our granddaughter, Sister Camryn Redd, as she served her mission in the Kansas Wichita mission.  I don't have details for these pictures. Maybe I will have Camryn help
me label them sometime :)

Citadel, April 23, 2020

On April 23rd, 2020 we went on another hike.  Kristi was a glutton for punishment and agreed to spend the day with us.  We drove to the trail that took us into the Citadel ruins. The hike in
was a little more strenuous and kind of scary as there were drop-offs
and cliffs!!

We were glad to get back down and headed home without falling off of a cliff!!
