Nicaragua Adventure: Day 2

Day 2 in Nicaragua started with scripture reading with the family.  Right after we were through reading, we looked over towards the TV and there was a gecko running up the wall.
Camryn said, "Oh that's just Paulo"!! Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of Paulo.

After the kids did their school work (they are doing K-12 on line), we loaded up in the car and headed downtown to get something to eat and go grocery shopping.

We had some delicious food at this Taco Shop!!  Kristi totally ordered for us in Spanish.  Camryn gave her own order in Spanish.

Then we took Logan to school.  He attends this "American School" twice a week.

And then we went and did some grocery shopping.  It's a good thing Kristi and Camryn have learned how to communicate quite well.  We can shop for food, or any other items that we need.

A lot of the shops are open air and are a lot like a "Farmer's Market". This cute lady, in the picture below, was dancing and seemed to be loving her job at this shop!!

We saw this cute little bird just sitting in a windowsill as we were walking around downtown.  He looked like a parrot.  I wanted to take him home!!

After a busy day, we decided to go swimming for awhile.

Camryn, Carter and Logan have some friends that they have met here.  Their names are Mattie, Jordy, Delilah and Andy.
This cute little girl with Camryn is Delilah!!

Jeremy fixed us a delicious dinner after our swim.

It was another exciting day in Nicaragua!!!
